Listing Inspections are a Mine-Field

Listing inspections seem, at first, a good way to expand your business, right up until you get that first follow-up question from the seller:

“Well how do I fix that?”

After you explain that it is your recommendation that the seller not fix it himself, that he hire a qualified person to fix it, the obvious next question:

“Can’t you come inspect it after I fix it?”
